Four required fields: the title, the story, the language, and how you came to hear it. Everything else is optional — a form that takes fifteen minutes collects nothing.

Image upload comes next, along with a Wikimedia Commons search so you can attach existing freely licensed photography instead of uploading your own.

It publishes straight away. Nothing waits in a queue — but the entry will say plainly that nobody else has attested to it yet.
